Selected arrangements are available from 60 minutes in eligible Dubai and Sharjah areas.
Exact-time delivery
Available as a paid add-on in eligible areas and subject to confirmation. Please allow a small operational grace period.
Urgent delivery
Priority preparation and dispatch may be available for selected designs and areas with an additional surcharge.
Delivery details
Please provide the recipient’s full name, reachable UAE phone number, building or villa details, emirate, area and any access instructions. Our driver may contact the recipient to complete delivery.
Other emirates
Checkout addresses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are not accepted. Please do not select a different emirate for an address outside Dubai or Sharjah.
If the recipient is unavailable
We will attempt to contact the recipient or customer. Where safe and approved, flowers may be left with reception or security. Waiting time, address changes and re-delivery may incur additional fees.
Freshness and weather
UAE heat can affect flowers quickly. We use protective preparation and recommend bringing flowers indoors immediately. Deliveries may be adjusted during severe weather, road closures or building-access restrictions.
