These Terms of Service govern use of the MORELESS Moments website and purchases made through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable UAE law.

Products and availability

Flowers are natural and seasonal. Photographs show the intended palette, scale and style, but individual stems, shades and placement vary. We may make equal or higher-value substitutions when necessary while preserving the overall character of the design.

Sizes

Classic, Signature and Grand indicate increasing fullness and scale. Flower counts are approximate because varieties naturally differ in size.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and are the prices in effect when the order is placed. Delivery charges, service add-ons and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and we confirm that the design and delivery slot are available.

Order information

You must provide accurate customer, recipient, delivery and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing the product, size, date, time window, address and card message before submitting the order.

Card messages and anonymous gifts

You may request anonymous delivery, but the service must not be used to harass, threaten, deceive or violate another person’s rights. We may refuse or cancel unlawful, abusive or unsafe messages or orders.

Delivery timing

Delivery from 60 minutes is an estimated minimum service time for eligible products and addresses, not a guaranteed deadline. Large, oversized, bespoke, high-value or high-volume orders may require 60–90 minutes or longer. Preparation or delivery may also take longer during exceptional demand, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid and other peak periods, or because of flower availability, courier capacity, traffic, weather, road closures, building access, security procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. A precise delivery time applies only when an exact-time service has been separately offered and confirmed in writing.

Delivery handover and proof

Where the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be completed with an authorised reception desk, concierge or building security when reasonably safe and permitted. We may keep delivery records, call logs, photographs or other proof of attempted or completed delivery where lawful. The customer is responsible for additional costs caused by incorrect information, unavailable access or an approved address change.

Order verification

For unusual, high-value or high-volume orders, we may request additional confirmation before acceptance to protect customers and the business from fraud. We may delay acceptance, decline the order or refund an authorised payment if reasonable verification is not completed.

Cancellations, refunds and quality issues

Fresh flowers are perishable and made to order. Our Refund Policy explains the available remedies, evidence requirements and cancellation limits. These policies do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Corporate and bespoke orders

Corporate subscriptions, event flowers, branded gifts and bespoke work may be governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement. Bespoke sourcing or production may require a deposit that becomes non-refundable after purchasing or production begins, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement controls for that project.

Website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing. You must not interfere with the website, misuse another person’s information, copy protected content for commercial use, or attempt unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

The MORELESS Moments name, visual identity, original photographs, text and website design are owned by or licensed to us. No commercial reuse is permitted without written authorisation.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. UAE law applies, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
