Delivery area: Dubai and Sharjah only

MORELESS Moments accepts delivery addresses only within Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain. Checkout addresses outside Dubai and Sharjah are not accepted.

Delivery fees

Available delivery options and any applicable fee are calculated during checkout. Free-delivery promotions or order thresholds apply only when shown on the website at the time of purchase. Urgent delivery, re-delivery, waiting time and address changes may carry an additional charge when clearly confirmed in advance.

Fast local delivery

Selected arrangements may be available from 60 minutes in eligible Dubai and Sharjah areas. The requested date and window are confirmed when the order is accepted.

Same-day delivery

Selected arrangements may be available for same-day delivery in eligible Dubai and Sharjah areas. Availability shown during ordering is not final until the order is accepted.

Delivery windows

The available delivery windows for the recipient’s area are shown during ordering. We aim to deliver within the selected window, while exact-time delivery is available only when a separate exact-time service has been offered and confirmed.

Recipient and address information

The customer is responsible for providing the recipient’s correct name, reachable UAE phone number, complete building or villa details, emirate, area and access instructions. Our courier may contact the recipient or customer to complete delivery.

Recipient unavailable

If the recipient cannot be reached, we may leave the order with reception or security where safe and permitted, arrange a new delivery for an additional charge, or return the flowers to our studio. Because flowers are perishable, a failed first attempt does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Freshness on arrival

Please bring flowers indoors promptly. UAE heat can affect fresh flowers quickly after delivery. Follow the care instructions supplied with the order.
